Brik & Pearl Bond Flex is Step 1, the lash lift and brow lamination lotion. It softens the bonds inside the natural hair so you can move it into its new shape. What makes it different from the sachet systems is the formula. It uses two lifting ingredients together, ammonium thioglycolate and cysteamine. Elleebana calls this dual reduction. In the chair it means you can adjust your processing to the client in front of you, whether that's fine, fragile hair or coarse, stubborn hair that never wants to move.

It comes in a 10ml airless pump bottle that does up to 40 services, so you only pump out what you need and the rest stays fresh.

How to use

1. Consult your client and check the condition of the natural lashes or brows.
2. Cleanse and prep the area.
3. For lashes, choose your rod or shield and position the lashes carefully.
4. Apply Bond Flex in the approved application zone only.
5. Process to suit the hair's strength, texture and porosity, and any chemical services it has had before. Check the flex as you go.
6. Remove it thoroughly, then apply Bond Lock (Step 2).
7. Finish with Lash Life Volume Filler.

Complete the system

Bond Flex is made to work with Brik & Pearl Bond Lock (Step 2) and finishes with Brik & Pearl Lash Life Volume Filler. Don't follow it with another system's setting lotion.

New to lash lifting? Start with the more forgiving Elleeplex Profusion Lash & Brow Lamination Kit and come back to Brik & Pearl once you're confident with your timings.

Brik & Pearl Bond Flex FAQ

What's the difference between Brik & Pearl and Elleeplex Profusion?
Profusion lifts with cysteamine only and comes in single-use sachets. It's very forgiving, which makes it a great system to learn on. Brik & Pearl Bond Flex adds ammonium thioglycolate for more lifting power and control, and comes in a pump bottle. Both are Elleebana, and Lash Tribe stocks both.

Can I use Bond Flex on brows?
Yes. Bond Flex is for lash lifts and brow lamination.

How many services do I get from one bottle?
Up to 40, according to Elleebana. It depends on how much you apply and whether you're doing lashes or brows.

Can I use it with the One Shot or Profusion setting lotion?
No. Elleebana says Bond Flex must be followed by Brik & Pearl Bond Lock, and not mixed with another system.

How long does it last?
Three years unopened. Once you open it, use it within three months.
