I quite like these in the beginning, as I love the bright matt white, but I buy in bulk and my last 50 packs have lost their stickiness totally, almost like paper, and that is due to heat fluctuations Ive been told? We get quite warm here in WA so I would have moved them to a cooler room if I had known about this issue. Working from home I only have the aircon on in my lash room when working. Julia was great at rectifying the issue for me though.
Thank you for your feedback, Julie. I just want to clarify for anyone reading: This was a manufacturing issue, which affected the adhesive on patches. As soon as Julie reached out, I refunded her money immediately and even send extra patches. Unfortunately they had the same issues. I have since worked with new suppliers to updated the patches with brand-new materials that are far more resilient. Upon testing our new patches, they have been working perfectly, even in warmer climates, and weâve had great feedback from our testers. I always recommend storing lash products in a cool, stable environment (just like lash adhesives) to maintain performance. Iâm glad I was able to resolve this quickly, and Iâm confident the new patches will exceed expectations. :-)
Absolutely love this glue.. I have great retention & love the 0.1 sec drying time. This is by far my favourite & the only glue I will use in New Zealand. Thank you Julia, you are awesome!
